We are a 501(c)(3) organization in the Alexandria, MN helping local area businesses with their cardboard recycling needs, and in turn, giving back to the community by supporting K-12 grade art educators and promoting youth arts education. It is a win-win for our community!

Mission Statement And Goals
In order to support visual arts education for youth in the Alexandria, MN area, we pledge financial support to K-12 grade art teachers who provide engaging visual art classes. This is a slight change in direction from what our organization originally was founded on but we believe this has a far reaching ripple effect on kids in the Alexandria area. In the past we have donated 1000s of art supplies to children in need in our region and offered free art projects at community events. By offering needed support to art teachers instead, we are able to impact far more children than what we could before. This is accomplished through generous community support via cash and recyclable cardboard donations from local businesses. Those proceeds are then returned to the community in the form of grants to art teachers to purchase quality visual art supplies in order for them to give their students opportunities they might otherwise not have.
As a small family run nonprofit passionate about art education, we have spread ourselves too thin at times and made some tough decisions to make changes to how we operate. We continue to work to support youth visual arts education, however, those changes allow us to continue our mission in a more sustainable way and prevent the burnout that is common in the nonprofit world. While this isn’t the end result we had envisioned, we are proud of our work in visual arts and our impact on our community.
